MMSI is a family owned, locally operated, building services contracting (BSC) firm that provides professional facilities maintenance (FM) throughout the region under the following divisions: Absolute! Building Maintenance; Educlean™ Services; and Medi+CLEAN™ Environmental Housekeeping. Each division is designed to provide your facility with the properly engineered service you need, when you need it, and where you need it.

We provide services for all types and sizes of facilities. From a weekly restroom sanitation service during the season at the North-Saginaw Township Little League Park to a 24/7 service at the 7,600-seat TheDOW Arena, we do it all. No matter the size of the facility, each client receives our undivided attention.
