BSCAI BSCAI is the largest trade association of the building service industry, representing a worldwide network of member companies from across the U.S. and 30 other countries. These members provide cleaning, facility maintenance, and other related services to building owners and managers. MMSI has been a member since 1979, and has benefited since our very first year of membership. The vast amount of information and assistance that we receive as a member has positive effect in our continued mission of serving our clients.

Cleaning Management Institute Cleaning Management Institute® (CMI) is a professional society dedicated to education, training and career improvement for the facility maintenance industry. CMI was established in 1964 for the education and professional development of cleaning and maintenance professionals, managers, supervisors and executives. WFBSC The WFBSC is a alliance of national and international associations as well as individual contracting companies, manufacturers and suppliers from around the globe. IWCA The primary goal of the organization is to advance the interests and concerns of its members. Through its various programs, the IWCA promotes safety, training and a highly professional, responsible image of the window cleaning professional. The IWCA delivers at least three regional safety training programs a year at various locations throughout the United States. These programs cover all aspects of window cleaning safety and equipment use. The IWCA is also the secretariat for the American National Standard, IWCA I 14.1 Window Cleaning Safety. |

NFSI The National Floor Safety Institute was founded in 1997 as a non-profit organization whose mission is to aid in the prevention of slip-and-fall accidents through education, training and research. The NFSI is proud to introduce an industry first, consumer oriented product certification program. Manufacturers of walkway materials, floor maintenance products and coatings who seek to promote the safety benefits of their products are encouraged to submit them for evaluation. |
