The Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) recognizes firms that have excelled in enhancing the image of their business, which also enhances the image of the building service contracting industry to clients and general public. The BSCAI has recognized our firm for the Associations with their Image Award in the following categories:
- Best Web Site Award for www.abmservice.com
- Best Uniform Award to Educlean sm Services
- Best Newsletter Award for our client newsletter “Absolutely!”
- Best Uniform Award to A!BM™ / Absolute! Building Maintenance
The Walter L. Cook Award for Distinguished Service is presented to the BSCAI member who has made outstanding contributions in furthering the programs and image of the Association and the building service contracting industry. Walter Cook was BSCAI’s Executive Vice President from 1973 to his untimely passing in 1983. John Markey, CBSE is a grateful recipient of this award recognition.
John Markey has also been presented with the BSCAI Distinguished Service Award for Membership Promotion for the years 2005, 2004, 2000, 1999, 1994, 1991, 1989, and has received three President’s Club-Decade of Dedication plaques.
For our contributions toward making Saginaw’s "Heart
of The City" an attractive and prosperous area, PRIDE in
Saginaw presented the Excellence of PRIDE honor to Absolute! Building Maintenance.
MMSI was honored to be named as a nominee forthe All Area Arts Award by the Saginaw Arts & Enrichment Commission for support of local art organizations with contributions, advertising and providing pro bono maintenance services to many downtown projects including Friday Night Live, Farmers Market and maintaining the seasonal streetscape banners and Christmas Lighting.
Additional awards MMSI has had the honor in receiving include:
- Mid-Michigan Regional Expo Award for Most Congenial Booth
- Annual Achievement Award in special recognition of demonstrated commitment to Downtown Saginaw and significant exterior structural and aesthetic improvement to our property, from PRIDE in Saginaw, Inc.
- Recognition of Financial Investment in Saginaw County from Saginaw Future, Inc.
- The “Pawsome Auction” Bronze Sponsor Award from Nouvel Catholic Central High School
