Brigitte H. Markey Under Brigitte's direction, we have
become one of the most successful facility service providers in Mid-Michigan.
Her past experience includes Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Michigan; Swiss Clean,
Inc.; and Amclean Corporation. She launched Absolute! Building Maintenance
in 1987 and has provided administrative guidance in the management and day-to-day
functions of A!BM, Educlean Services, and Medi+CLEAN Environmental Housekeeping.
Following her leadership, MMSI and its managers are setting standards of professional
competence and service excellence that will assure that our clients receive
the full value of our services.
John Markey, CBSE, has served two three-year terms on the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) Board of Directors, and has worked on numerous BSCAI committees and chairing many. John earned his Registered Building Service Manager (RBSM) designation in 1980, Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE) in 1983 and has continued to meet the requirements to maintain the CBSE designation. He has also served as a Director for the following organizations: Small Business Association of Michigan (SBAM); Positive Results In a Downtown Environment (PRIDE); and Downtown Saginaw Association (DSA). John is one of the founders of the Affiliated Building Services Contractors of Michigan (ABSCM).
Our decentralized operations department ensures superior service wherever your facilities are located within our service area. Linda Deming, RSBM, our Director of Operations, has twenty years of industry experience. She has been with our firm for over fifteen years. Linda maintains regular customer contact on a monthly, weekly or daily basis, as client requirements dictate.
Kathy Osterhout, RBSM, holds our Operations Manager position, and has ten years of extensive real-world experience in the industry. Kathy has held her current position for seven years. Our eight Area Supervisors, Project Supervisors, and Site Supervisors report to Kathy on a daily basis to address all updates/changes at our client’s facilities.
Both Linda and Kathy have earned the distinction of Registered Building Service Manager (RBSM) from the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI).
Jeff Spooner, the newest addition to our operations team, has worked for our firm since 2005 in the Special Projects Department. He oversees the carpet cleaning and fabric maintenance staff as the Special Project Supervisor. He is a Certified Carpet Cleaning Technician, a designation from the Institute of inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICR).
Vicki Hill, is the Director of Business Development. Vicki has worked for our firm for over five years. Vicki brings her experience from the Saginaw United Way, and owning and operating several Saginaw businesses to solve cleaning problems.
Jane Waugh, is our Business Development Coordinator and is newest addition to our sales team. She has extensive experience in creating and maintaining customer relations in the industrial and manufacturing industry.
Jane & Vicki’s major responsibilities are to listen and take note of what prospective clients require from their service contractor, tour the facility to accurately measure and assess the cleaning areas, then translate that data by work loading the information into a cohesive cleaning program that is within the prospects’ maintenance budget.
