associates for going above and beyond the call of duty, or-Performance Above
The Standard!
Unfortunately, some companies in the building services contracting industry consider front–line workers a commodity, or, sometimes as the “forgotten masses”. Not at MMSI! We consider them the backbone of our company; they are essential to our success!
We want to be made aware when our associates shine! We know that to encourage success, our supervisors, managers and administers need to commend success. We then must elevate achievements to the next level by broadcasting accomplishments to other associates. To accomplish this, we first need to learn about these stories in a timely matter. Our “PATS* on the back” program utilizes business reply post cards, which are distributed at each client account on a regular basis, allowing clients to easily nominate our associates for the “PATS*” recognition.
MMSI associates that receive PATS* recognition are appropriately rewarded with either, gift cards, additional paid vacation day(s), specially designed uniforms, or cash, depending on the accomplishment.
Through the “PATS*” program we have learned of MMSI associates:
- finding cash in a bank deposit bag outside an account & safely returned it.
- finding a diamond rings in trash containers and returned.
- finding a bank envelope in trash can which was someone’s tax refund.
- discovering smoke in an account and reported it to proper authorities.
- foiled an attempted break-in.
