Letters From Our Clients

We get letters! Over the years, our clients have bestowed on us some very nice comments regarding our associates, our service, and they have shared some positive experiences that they have encountered in our business association. Here are a just few of the most recent letters that we have received.

Dear Brigitte and John,

I appreciate the service you have given the students and families of Immanuel Lutheran School, again. Through your efforts, we have an attractive and clean building...every day.

Merry Christmas!

Sincerely,

Dennis Neumeyer

Dear John:

Please extend my appreciation and thanks the A!BM carpet cleaning team. The 15,000+ sq. ft. of specialized carpeting looks better than new following the expert steam cleaning this week! The bright colors are restored and every smudge and stain was removed. The lingering peasant aroma was an added benefit.

As you know, visitors to the MMCM anticipate a safe, clean experience and the A!BM team exceeds this expectation. Hundreds of children and adults visit the MMCM every day. Toddlers crawl, pre-schoolers sit, parents kneel, grandparents sit, grade school students strut, volunteers walk, and staff follow everyone around.

Recently, the architectureisfun design team, Sharon and Peter Exley, visited the MMCM to inspect their handiwork. They were vocal in their praise regarding the maintenance staff and volunteers can share the praise.

Thank you again, John, for partnering with the MMCM to provide a fabulous, clean and sanitary hands-on play environment for children and families.

Thank you once again.

Sincerely,

Angela Barris

President and CEO

Dear John and Brigitte,

Thank you for giving Marsha and me an opportunity to celebrate Christmas at the Saginaw-Bay Symphonic Orchestra on December 8, 2009. The music was inspirational!

Also, thanks for the remarkable job your employees did to restore the school following the Living Nativity. The floors were clean and the school building was back to where it belonged.

Merry Christmas.

Sincerely,

Dennis Neumeyer

Dear Brigitte and John:

I have already reported this to your office but Kathy asked me to document my story for your files.

After raking in my yard on Saturday, i realized I was missing a ring. 1 don't have a dollar figure for this piece---but it includes 21 diamonds and a large portion of that very precious gold metal. Whatever the cost, the real trauma was the fact that I had inherited it firon1 a much loved sister. We went over and over those leaves with rakes and even a metal detector, all to no avail. I was just sick about it but had given up hope. I just knew I would look forever.. ...

Fast forward to my actions of Monday morning.. . . . ..as I walked into my office I saw a gleam on my desk. There my ring sat. With this note:

"Kendra--I found this and I think maybe it is yours. Petra"

I have reported to you before how very pleased we are with Petra's work. This act overwhelms me. I value integrity above most any other trait but am well aware that it is not universally found. Many workers would have pocketed this valuable item and felt in their heart that finders are keepers and losers are weepers.

Thank you for having in your eniploy a person of character. Doing a job, even doing it well is only one part of being a good employee. Having employees who exhibit good character makes organizations like yours---and mine---the success they are.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours. I will be saying a special prayer of thanksgiving that Petranka Kirova is in my life!

Sincerely,

Kendra L. Shrode
Assistant to the President

Dear ABM representative,

I am writing to express my appreciation for the work of one of your employees.

Barb is a great worker and it shows in every clean corner, sparkling faucet and shiny floor! She pays attention to detail in a remarkable way. Our workplace is so much nicer because of Barb and her hard work.

Last of all, she is never without a "hello" or smile to everyone.

Thought you should know...

Thank you!

Theresa Duquette, Michigan Blood/Phlebotomist

This letter is in reference to the excellent job that our wonderful Pat does every week here at Family First. She is always cheerful and friendly when I pop in on a Saturday to catch up on my back log of work. The office always smells so fresh and clean when she is finished! Our hat is off to Miss Pat!

Please extend our thanks and appreciation to Linda and your expert cleaning staff for continuing to provide high quality cleaning services to the MMCM. Guests to the MMCM frequently comment on the cleanliness of the building and the museum elements.

Thank You John

John Markey

John, I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated your good work and accommodation of issues that arose on our job at Alma College. I know how frustrating some of these things can be.

The finished job seems to be making everyone happy.

I especially wanted to commend Frank who never had a cross or contrary word with me on the job, even as I was looking for things to pick apart on the job. He was ever professional, willing and eager to keep our customer satisfied. If I get the opportunity to have you back, I gladly will and I will certainly be asking for Frank.

Thanks Again,

Jeff Needham

Dear Linda,

This past weekend we had our semi-annual floor cleaning performed by your employees Frank and James. I have since received multiple comments regarding how wonderful not only our showroom, but also our service department office looks. Our service manager was truly shocked. Their floor back there has been so grungy for so many years we really didn't think it would ever look this good.

Hats off to your staff! We would love to have Frank and James be the team who comes back for our floor service!

Sincerely,

Marie Princing, Office Manager

John,

I'm writing to you today to express my appreciation for sending me two such outstanding people to help clean my building. Kim and Heather, who have worked in our school for a number of years, aren't just cleaners. They truly care about our building and the students within it. Kim often shares his great sense of humor, and Heather is one of the most honest and caring people I know. They not only kept holy family clean, their positive attitudes were a blessing at the end of my sometimes hectic days. If you would be so kind, please pass along my heartfelt thank you to both of them.

God Bless,

John Hoving

Dear John,

We wanted to send an official thank you for the wonderful job Geneva Parker does here at Radio Centre. Although she typically only sees us for a minute or so, she knows each of us by name and is quick with a smile. Her tolerance of our large appetites and constant food events which undoubtedly cause her extra work is greatly appreciated. She goes above and beyound each day.

Please commend her on a job well done!

Sincerely,

Debbie and Mindy

Recently, St. Elizabeth Area Catholic School was under accrediation review. At the summation meeting yesterday, the 7 person team listed strengths and weaknesses in our program. A comment heard serveral times was the cleaniness of our building: how clean the whole building was for our students thus we provide a safe and healthy space for our children to learn and grow. Thank you EDUCLEAN and your staff for helping us receive this comment! It truly wasn't a surprise, but always nice to hear.

I am recognizing Donna for the following reason:

I would like to take the time to acknowledge the gratefulness all of us here give to Donna for taking the time to find a bagged specimen that had fallen behind our normal storage bin and got stuck behind a table and was found and the patient's lab tests were performed with the specimen in tact. If Donna would have just ignored the bag, and carried on with her own responsibilities, this patient would have had to return to have their lab work redone.

Thanks Donna for all of your support to ensure Patient Satisfaction.

Dear John,

Thank you very much for sponsoring the printing of our brochures and handbooks this year. Having our handbook in color really made a difference. I already sent the handbook and now I am enclosing copies of the brochures. I hope you like them.

As always your support is greatly appreciated. By sponsoring our brochures and handbooks you are helping us maintain our image in another way.

Sincerely,

Dear Linda:

We would like to thank Benjamin Horonzy for going above and beyond the call of duty. While cleaning our office, he and our client noticed a burning smell. The smell was traced to a light in the conference room. Benjamin took the time the disconnect the light. He certainly did not need to do this, but we appreciate the precaution that he took to avoid the possibility of a fire. Please pass this letter on to Benjamin and give him our sincere thank you for his good deed!

Dear John,

We are very pleased with the cleaning services of Val at the Commerce Center. Val is always eager to go above and beyond the call of duty. She informs our staff of problems she encounters during her daily cleaning routine and has made us aware of situations with the security of the building. She also has a wonderful rapport with our tenants.

Please commend her on a job well done!

Thank You.

Sincerely,

To Whom It May Concern:

My Name is Roxie Lampkins. I'm an employee at Morley Companies Inc. I am writing to you to express my gratitude regarding your employee, Pat.

A couple of weeks ago, in the process of doing my daily work activities, my ring inadvertently slipped off my finger. To my disappointment, after searching high and low for it, I was unable to find it, and decided to cut my losses and accept that the ring was gone. However, to my surprise after returning from vacation, I was informed that during her cleaning, Pat had found the ring, did some investigating, and traced the ring back to me. She then graciously turned it in.

In a time where many people live by the "finders keepers" mentality, it was refreshing to know that there are still people among us that live by the "honesty is the best policy" mentality. The ring is of huge sentimental value to me, and thanks to Pat, it's bank in my hand. It is a great testament to your company and the people you employ to know that they not only do their job well, but they also do it with integrity. Please accept this letter as a symbol of my gratitude, and a big THANK YOU!

Sincerely,

Roxie Lampkins

John,

We wanted to take a moment to say thank you to Ellie for the wonderful job she has been doing here at Consumers Energy.

It is great to see her smiling face and positive attitude each week. She does an awesome job cleaning our facility and doing those little extras that show you care.

Thanks again for a job well done.

Donna, Carol, Chris and Larry

Dear Friends at Educlean,

How thoughtful of you to provide the beautiful mum plants for our open house. That certainly added a festive flair since they were just gorgeous plants. Thanks so much for thinking of that and providing those for us.

Thanks especially, for your continued fine service. One day I noticed one of the workers cleaning a fire strobe in the hall. She then moved on to the hall clock. Another day I noticed them cleaning the tops of lockers. While those are all important things to do, they are also things that didn't get done in our previous building. With the investment we have in this building, we certainly want to maintain it better than we did previously. Your firm is definitely doing that.

So, thanks, again for all you have done and continue to do for us. Someone pointed out that the mums can be planted and so will continue to grow on our property. Your fine maintenance of our building will also keep it in the great condition that it was when we opened.

In the Savior's Love,

Kenneth A. Kashinske

Dear John,

I am taking a moment to write to you to thank you for sending us the three people who are doing a wonderful job of cleaning the church on a weekly basis. All of us at St. Thomas Aquinas are very pleased with Patricia Brown, Geraldine Nizinski, and Raymond Feyadlem. They are friendly, hospitable, and seem very interested in doing a fine job. They communicate well with us about their concerns and responsibilities with their cleaning. Please express to them our sincere gratitude for their hard work, and we wish Pat, Geri, Ray and You; all the best.

Sincerely in Christ,

Dear Mr. Markey,

SUBJECT: SAGINAW SPIRIT LOCKERROOM / DAVID HILL

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for your hard work helping to maintain the cleanliness of our facility. Since your organization has taken over the contract for routine cleanings, we have noticed that it has become much easier to maintain a clean work environment.

Furthermore, we truly appreciate the constant attention to detail and perfection, as well as professionalism, demonstrated by David Hill, the maintenance technician assigned to our account. He has been dependable, thorough, and courteous. Also, Joe and his crew have been working hard to find a way to make our our floors shine once again and we appreciate that as well.

During this holiday season, we wanted you to know that all of us here appreciate what you do and look forward to working with you in the future. We would greatly appreciate it if you could please pass our thoughts and wishes on to your staff.

Sincerely,

Bryan D. Burnstein and Jose A. Ortiz

Dear John,

Today we had the opportunity to meet and talk with the youth who participated in the mid-Michigan Children’s Museum’s Faces of the 4th Grade Portrait project-what a wonderful experience to hear the joy and pride these students have for their work!

Please know how appreciative we are of the support Absolute! Building Maintenance gave this project. Our continued success in the mid-Michigan region will benefit from your early support. Next time you’re in the neighborhood, drive by 315 E. Genesee to view the portraits and be proud that you held make it happen.

Thanks again-I look forward to working with you in the future.

 Sincerely,

Connie Frays-Kreft

Dear John,

This is a little belated, but I wanted to express my appreciation to you for the exceptional services your company provided to the Saginaw County Chamber of Commerce as our cleaning contractor of the past five years. Your staff has always been very friendly and cooperative, and I have absolutely no complaints about the quality of work the performed at our old location.

I wish that I could have continued our business relationship, but as you know, our new landlord provides cleaning services with in-house staff at our new location.

I would not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone. Please feel free to give my name as a reference to any potential clients. We will certainly keep you in mind for any special projects that might not be covered by our lease with agreement with SSP.

Sincerely,

David M. Masica
Saginaw County Chamber of Commerce

On behalf of St. Stephen Parish School I would like to commend James Thompson, Elvie Summerall and Regina Anderson for their dedication to our school. They are always polite, respectful and cooperative in their interaction with all of our school employees.

Dear John,

I wanted you to know that I find many of your employees working in our facilities to be extremely helpful and cooperative including Joe Toward and Kathy Osterhout. However, I would like to draw attention to Pat Klammer and Linda Deming. I have found both of them to be particularly helpful and cooperative. They are both eager to please and willing to undertake any task. In fact, during a particularly slow event, Pat was spotted wiping down garbage cans. Pat’s attitude is top notch.

I appreciate that your staff takes ownership in their tasks and our facility. We are pleased A!BM is on our team.

Sincerely,

Allan C Vella
General Manager

Dear John,

I would like to thank you for sending us Darlene to clean our offices at ABC 12 TV.

We have enjoyed coming to work in the mornings to find everything cleaned and dusted. We most appreciate the fact that she takes the time to clean all glass including the many monitors we have in the news area.

Please let her know how much we enjoy her work.

Sincerely,

Sally Majewski

ATTN: John

I just wanted to compliment Jenny Parker, the gal that cleans our offices. The other day I just mentioned that I would have to bring in a big plastic bag to put all of my bottles in. The next day when I came to work, she had the bottles all bagged up and tied up very neatly. She does this sort of thing occasionally. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. We are very pleased with her work.

I felt this should be noticed.

Carol S. Kusch

Dear Operations Manager,

I am writing to express my appreciation for a job well done by Martha Loubert.

She responded to a situation at MidMichigan Medical Offices – Campus Ridge Rehabilitation Services Department today. She did an excellent job with the clean up, and presented herself with the highest level of professionalism and class.

I have no doubt that this is not the first time that Martha has been recognized for doing excellent work, and I’m positive it will not be the last.

Please take the time to acknowledge her for her “above and beyond” work that was completed here today.

Sincerely,

Gary A Borlace
Supervisor of Fitness Programming Campus Ridge

Dear Kathy,

We just wanted to write a short note and let you know how much we appreciate the services of our current cleaning crew, Danny & Virginia. We must admit, that we did not get off to a good start with the first crew that we had, but we have been more than pleased with the services we have been provided by Danny & Virginia, and look forward to having them continue as our cleaning crew. Thank you for having such dedicated personnel to see to our needs.

Sincerely,

Deann L. Bragg

Dear Linda,

I believe it is time to once again give one of your Associates, Keith McMullen, special recognition for the superb job that he has been doing in Purchasing at the MCV Warehouse Area. Keith has been in this area over three years now and we couldn't ask for a better cleaning person to help us out. Whether it is the glass front doors, the supply closet, the floors - anything and everything is kept in tip-top shape. We appreciate the fine job he is doing for us and would like to say "a special thanks" to you and to him for a job well done. Keep up the good work!

Sincerely,

Marlene M. Ramseyer

Dear John,

We recently had a second event at the future site of the Mid-Michigan Children's Museum, 215 W. Genesee in Saginaw and had to write to you again, say thank you to the ABM crew: Joe Toward, Mike Mason, Lawrence Askew, Dean Alderton, Michael Rose, Bernie Davis, Adam Westervelt, and Evan Westervelt. The showroom of the building looks GREAT!

I appreciate the time and talent your crew shared with the Mid-Michigan Children's Museum to bring some new life to the future site of this regional jewel. It is so wonderful to be able to bring new donors to the museum and know that they won't step in "gunk". Thanks again and keep up the good work.

Best regards,

Connie Frays-Kreft

To Whom It May Concern:

The A!BM staff members who service WNEM-TV5 are phenomenal! Our facility has never been cleaner! Prior to their arrival, the bathrooms had a terrible odor, the building was quite dusty, and some surfaces were a disgusting gray color. Glendora Smith and Leona Long have worked hard to change all of that. Now, our restooms smell fresh and clean.

Glendora and Leona consistently try to get rid of the dust. They're doing a great job. They clean the surfaces in the building, returning them to their original color. They even cleaned our gross microwave! Also, David Hill is great about vacuuming and emptying the trash cans every evening. We absolutely adore Leona, Glendora and David! They are friendly, pleasant and take pride in their work. Thanks for sending them to us! We hope they'll stay around for years to come.

Sincerely,

Erica Donerson
